What personally identifiable information is collected on this site?
We only collect information during the user administration process when you submit questionnaire data (such as name, address, phone, and e-mail) to us. We do not use cookies or user other information gather techniques that lack our users' knowledge and consent.
How is collected data used?
User registration data is used solely to operate and give user support for our online bookkeeping system. There are no "newsletters" or other promotional mailers that come from our site and the data is never shared with third party organizations or made available to the general public.
Security
The information is collected via a secured socket server provider through GeoTrust and is stored on our web server but is not publicly accessible from our web site. Access to this information is password protected and limited to employees of our company with a need for access.
What anonymous information is collected on this site?
Anonymous clickstream information is collected for every visitor to this site. This includes pages viewed, date & time, and browser type. IP numbers are not stored, but are temporarily used to determine domain type and in some cases, geographic region. There is no association between this information and a visitor's identity. This information is used solely on an internal basis as business management resource.
